Story time

Ashley and I started to read the "God loves me" Bible that Grammy P gave to Ashley today.

Ashley got dedicated!

Today at church Ashley was dedicated to the Lord. It was a great day and it was so great to have family and friends present. Ashley got to hang out with her favorite comedian Nick Thune along with one of her many boyfriends Austin Conrad.

High School Retreat

Ashley has been a lot of places since she has been born, but she finally went on her first retreat with the high school students. She was a great baby and didn't mind at all that she had to stay in a cabin without a bathroom. She pretty much was passed around the whole weekend, but she also enjoyed hanging out in her tent while Kurt and I were in charge of cooking all the food. The top picture shows her with one of my girls, Brittney, who introduced her to the Ipod. The last picture is where we had to change her diaper, in the dry storage closet.

Ashley discovers the TV

Ashley has recently discovered the TV while hanging out with daddy. Her favorite shows are "World Poker Tour" and "Flight of the Conchords" on HBO. On a side note this is my favorite outfit on Ashley. Pink & brown & pokadots.

Peak a Boo

Peaking out from her favorite blanket. And of course she has her binky in.

Me and Mommy

I can make bubbles too. The other day I was sitting with her in the back seat of the car as she made a ton of bubbles. They covered her whole mouth and were all the way down her chin.

My new chair

Ashley got this new baby seat that she still is a little small for. As you can see, the longer I keep her in it, the more she is about to fall out.

Look at me...I can smile in my sleep

That is right...Ashley smiles in her sleep. How funny.

Ashley's Room

Some have requested to see pictures of Ashley's nursery...here it is. The cradle was made by my Grandfather, Earl Johnson, for my mother when she was a little girl for her dolls. All of us Smith kids slept in it when we were little. The mural was done by a friend of mine, Miranda Nogaki.
